Youth Dies In Road Accident In Achabal, Anantnag

Anantnag, Aug 16: A 26-year-old youth died after being involved in a road accident at Thajiwara in the Achabal area of Anantnag district on Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Owais Ahmad Shah, son of Mohammad Yaseen Shah, a resident of Shirpora, Anantnag.

Officials said Shah was shifted to Government Medical College, Anantnag, for treatment. Doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation.
