Ashok Koul reviews party programmes, pushes for team building & mass connect in Ganderbal

J&K BJP General Secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul, chaired an organizational meeting with district office bearers, constituency presidents, and morcha presidents of District Ganderbal at the party office, Ganderbal.
The meeting witnessed the presence of J&K BJP State Secretary & Prabhari Ganderbal District, Arif Raja, District President Ganderbal, Gh. Hassan Rather, along with other senior leaders and party functionaries.
Ashok Koul, while addressing the meeting, emphasized the need to further strengthen the party organization at the grassroots level. He stressed that a strong, and alive organization is the backbone of party, and called upon the leaders to ensure the formation of dedicated teams at every level of the party hierarchy, from booth level to district level. He asked that every activist, whether new or senior, must be actively involved in party programmes to ensure collective growth and effective mass contact.
Koul highlighted that the BJP has always thrived on its cadre-based structure, and maintaining coordination among all sections of workers is essential. He directed the leaders to regularly organize meetings, outreach activities, and public programmes to strengthen the connect with the masses. He further stressed the importance of identifying and nurturing new talent within the party while also respecting and utilizing the experience of senior activists.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on the ongoing party programmes, especially the Prashikshan Varg, which aims to ideologically and organizationally empower party workers. The preparations and successful execution of the party’s Foundation Day programmes were also reviewed.
Special emphasis was laid on organizing Ambedkar Jayanti programmes on April 14, with Koul urging all leaders to ensure wide participation across Ganderbal district. He stated that such occasions should be utilized to spread awareness about Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s vision and the party’s commitment to social justice and inclusive development.
Arif Raja said that the district unit is committed to implementing the organizational directives in letter and spirit and will ensure effective coordination at all levels.
Gh. Hassan Rather expressed confidence that with collective efforts and active participation of workers, the BJP will further strengthen its base in Ganderbal.
