Govt ApprovesSrinagar, September 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the construction of a Multi-Purpose Indoor Sports Hall at Ganderbal at an estimated cost of Rs 6.17 crore.

The proposed sports facility will cover an area of 60 metres by 40 metres and will be equipped with modern sporting amenities.

The project is aimed at providing athletes in the district with improved training infrastructure and opportunities to develop their skills across various sporting disciplines.

Officials said the facility will contribute to nurturing local sporting talent and strengthening the sports infrastructure in Ganderbal.
