Doda, August 9: Around 12 people were injured after a tempo overturned near Karmail Morh in the Baggar area of Doda district on Sunday while travelling towards Doda.

Officials said the vehicle reportedly lost control and overturned on the road, leaving several passengers injured.

Following the incident, local residents and police personnel reached the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Their condition was reported to be stable.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further proceedings to ascertain the circumstances leading to the accident.
