Srinagar, Aug 18: Five Central Reserve Police Force personnel were injured after a CRPF vehicle collided with a truck near Levdura in Qazigund along the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway on Tuesday morning.
Officials said the injured personnel were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment soon after the accident.
The injured have been identified as Inspector Raj Kumar Tiwari, SI/GD Rajinder Singh, ASI/GD Lovenday, ASI/GD Umesh Kumar and Head Constable Driver Virender.
Doctors are monitoring the condition of the injured personnel.
Police and concerned agencies have taken cognizance of the incident. Further details are awaited.
