Kohima, Oct 30: The Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Spear Corps, is conducting a month-long pre-recruitment training programme for Agniveer aspirants in Kohima, Nagaland, to prepare local youth for recruitment into the armed forces.

The programme focuses on improving the physical fitness, endurance and overall preparedness of candidates for the demanding physical tests involved in the Agniveer recruitment process.
Through a structured training schedule and continuous mentorship, the aspirants are being guided to develop the stamina, discipline and confidence required to meet recruitment standards.
