Srinagar, Sep 6: The Jammu & Kashmir Ball Badminton Association (JKBBA) has announced revised dates for the Selection Trials-cum-Residential Coaching Camp for the 45th Sub-Junior National Ball Badminton Championship for Boys & Girls 2026–27, scheduled to be held at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, from October 3 to 7, 2026.
The Selection Trials will now be held on September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex, Srinagar.
The trials will be followed by a 14-Day Residential Coaching Camp, commencing from September 15, 2026, at the same venue, to prepare the selected players for the upcoming national championship.
Another Opportunity for Young Players
The Association has revised the trial schedule with the aim of providing another opportunity to talented young players across Jammu & Kashmir to participate in the selection process.
During the previous trials, participation was comparatively low. Keeping this in view, the Association has decided to conduct the trials again so that more eligible players can come forward, demonstrate their talent and compete for selection to represent Jammu & Kashmir at the national level.
District Units Asked to Submit Entries
All District Ball Badminton Units of J&K UT have been requested to submit their entries on or before September 13, 2026, before 11:00 AM.

Two recent passport-size photographs
Original age-proof document along with one photocopy
