Itanagar, Feb 23: Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding of Spear Corps, along with all ranks, extended warm greetings to the Tangsa community and the people of Arunachal Pradesh on the occasion of Moh Mol Festival.
