Jammu, Feb 22: The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General P. K. Mishra, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, visited the Balnoi Sector to assess the counter-infiltration posture and operational preparedness of the troops deployed along the Line of Control (LoC).During the visit, the GOC reviewed the prevailing security scenario and evaluated the readiness of formations tasked with safeguarding the nation’s borders. He commended the troops for their high state of alertness, professionalism, and unwavering commitment in maintaining robust vigil along the LoC.Subsequently, the GOC, accompanied by the General Officer Commanding of the Crossed Swords Division, visited the forward areas of the Sunderbani Sector to review the security situation following the successful foiling of an infiltration bid. He lauded the swift and decisive action taken by the troops in thwarting the attempt and ensuring peace and stability in the region.

Reaffirming the Army’s commitment to maintaining peace and territorial integrity, the GOC emphasized sustained vigilance and operational excellence in the face of emerging challenges. Along the LoC, the troops continue to stand resolute and steadfast — unyielding in vigilance and unmatched in resolv
