Fire Damages Textile Shop in Sariabal

Srinagar, Feb 12: A fire late Wednesday evening extensively damaged Bombay Textiles, owned by Aijaz Ahmad Khan, in the Sariabal area. Prompt action by the Fire and Emergency Services prevented the blaze from spreading to nearby shops and buildings.

A vacant adjacent shop sustained partial damage. No casualties were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
