Srinagar, May 12: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, held an interaction with Lieutenant General Balbir Singh, AVSM, YSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) 15 Corps, at Srinagar on May 12, 2026.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination between the Assam Rifles and the Indian Army, with a special emphasis on enhancing joint operational synergy in the region.
