Agartala, July 24: Assam Rifles under Spear Corps organised a weapon display and motivational lecture for more than 350 cadets of the Girls NCC Battalion in Agartala, Tripura, providing them with an opportunity to gain insight into military life, equipment and career opportunities in the armed forces.

During the event, the cadets were introduced to various weapons and military equipment used by the force. The display aimed to enhance their understanding of defence preparedness and familiarise them with the operational capabilities of the security forces.
An interactive motivational session on “How to Join Assam Rifles” was also conducted, where the cadets were briefed about career opportunities, recruitment procedures, training, and the values required to serve in uniform.
The session encouraged the young cadets to embrace discipline, leadership, teamwork and a spirit of service towards the nation. Officials highlighted the role of youth in nation-building and motivated the participants to pursue their aspirations with dedication and commitment.
The event received enthusiastic participation from the cadets, who actively interacted with the Assam Rifles personnel and gained valuable insights into the life and responsibilities of soldiers.
