Ghaspani , Nov 5: Assam Rifles organised a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at Ghaspani in Nagaland on November 5 to pay tribute to Rifleman (Late) Trilok Singh, who laid down his life in the line of duty in Manipur on the same date in 1994.
The ceremony was held to honour the brave soldier's supreme sacrifice and remember his courage, dedication and unwavering commitment to the nation.
Personnel of Assam Rifles paid their respects by laying wreaths at the memorial, observing the occasion with solemnity and recalling the sacrifices made by members of the force in the service of the country.
