Thoubal, Aug 16: The Assam Rifles under the Spear Corps organised a grand Band Display and Cultural Programme at the historic Khongjom War Memorial in Thoubal district of Manipur as part of the celebrations marking India's 80th Independence Day.

The event brought together citizens, civil administration officials, students and NCC cadets, creating a vibrant atmosphere of patriotism and cultural pride.
