Troops engaged with suspects and maintained high alert through integrated surveillance. In a separate operation, a border resident, Sachin Kumar, was arrested in Nowshera with two foreign-made pistols, four magazines, and 15 rounds, reportedly received from across the border. Investigations are ongoing to trace the weapons’ intended recipients.
