Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Khan has congratulated defending Champions Real Kashmir Football Club (RKFC) for storming into final of IFA Shield tournament.
In his message, Advisor Farooq Khan said that the team played exceptionally well till now and it was great pleasure and joy to watch them performing so well.
The Advisor said that the performance of RKFC has delighted one and all, and the people of the UT are praying for the victory and success of the team. He added that RKFC put up a cohesive display during the tournament and converted their chances to storm into their second final on the trot.
He further said that we look forward towards the final and whole UT is praying that our team claims second consecutive IFA shield.
Pertinently, in the semi-finals played today, RKFC defeated Gokulam Kerala FC by 2-1 and stormed into finals.
