Re Acknowledging the Gender Space: Women -11

January 27, 2023 | Sadia Wani

It is important to emphasize the doubts that support any attempt at this change of sexual identity to eradicate violence against women, ironically, the result of that is a lack of respect for women's ability to understand the injustices of women. Such people may believe that women are different from men in other ways that we do not take and that our misunderstanding of that difference creates women out of shape because it places them on a burden of living following conditions that are untrue to them, thus disrupting it the ability to build successful lives with the resources available to them as well as meaningful to them, that is, based on their true personality and desires. Similarly, for those who believe in the reality of gender equality, evil is wrong that women who are now suffering as a result of sexual discrimination can be considered to be the product of betrayal of their equality with men. Such people believe that women are no different from men and that our inequality of gender equality forces women to live in a way that is not true: differences, and similar negative consequences due to their ability to build successful lives. So any assertion of evil is such a thing depending on the claim in terms of the letter of the claim, a claim filed in the case of alleged malpractice. If women are said to be disadvantaged by being denied access to them a particular option, for example, the character of the option to deny that is if it helps them it conveys the idea of what it means to be a woman, without this refusal would not be considered a problem.

Trafficking, Violence, Media, and Justice

Human trafficking can involve any form of work or industry, including anything from factory work, farming, or commercial sex. According to Shared Hope International, human trafficking “occurs when a person uses force, fraud or coercion to engage in commercial sexual activity with an adult or to cause a child to engage in commercial sexual activity.” Sexual trafficking is also often described as a modern-day form of slavery. As a result of this exhibition, there is often a mistaken notion that there is a distinction between sex workers (also called prostitutes) and victims of sexual trafficking. While the lines between prostitution and sex slavery can remain blurred and many campaigns work to end sex trafficking and prostitution as two equally criminal acts, there is a significant difference - sex trafficking remains a form of coercion while prostitution is not optional, but not always. Traditional and informal media have recently become available focused on trafficking in wondrous harmony - and even now, most of the news is directly involved in issues of prostitution and human trafficking. 2004 study coverage of human trafficking in the U.S. media found that, overall, the news media offers very few cover-ups of human trafficking and that when they did, the cover-up broke up and ended and lacks focus on solutions. (Roth 2004). In general, the issue of representation by the media and human trafficking centers at this time abuse of administrative and ethical data sources. Focusing as it happens on human trafficking such as international crime, migration crime, and sex, prominent speech in trafficking looks at critical issues in parts of capitalists, companies, and the network.
This section is dedicated to an overview of media coverage of human trafficking, violence against women, and the impact of this there is a lot of pride in smuggling topics. Many reports of human trafficking are published on the heels of an Event's major unplanned event. In the absence of an informed and integrated society, and anti-trafficking resources they are all doomed, and smugglers have little hope of escaping the oppressors' programs that put them at risk of exploitation. Limited representation of human trafficking affects traffickers in complex ways. Given that women are equally represented among the poor, the undocumented, debtors and migrant workers range of policies and regulations relating to prostitution and trafficking have also created social ills in the political arena of political bodies of women’s bodies. Continued abuse and rehabilitation of women who voluntarily and reluctantly participate in the sex industry have reduced women's independence and also contributed to the strong perception that women - impoverished women in developing countries - lack an agency to seek sound solutions to build. This thinking, combined with established solutions from external parties, plays a role to fulfil a prophecy in which women face very little chance of improving conditions in satisfactory ways. Women were arrested for prostitution or deported and denied protection against trafficking unless they were willing to “cooperate” with law enforcement in prosecuting traffickers.

According to indian journal of society and politics ,The role of news, despite the fact that a variety of factors are known to affect how the public perceives situations involving women. There are still gaps in our understanding, and more research is required to determine how news coverage affects public perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours as well as how to most effectively create media messages to support constructive social change. It is important to encourage more female journalists to cover news stories on crimes against women. By doing this, it is anticipated that the reporting will be empathetic and sensitive without sensationalising it. Women's perspectives on crimes committed in homes, communities, or workplaces need to be accurately documented. There are still gaps in our understanding, and more research is required to determine how news coverage affects public perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours as well as how to most effectively create media messages to support constructive social change. The media industry in India has witnessed the abuse of prominent castes since very early. Such evils have a profound effect on our daily lives and how it is possible for us to hear the world Dr. Ambedkar had seen the importance of the media and the need for Dalit journalism, which led to him publishing Marathi every two weeks ‘Mooknayak’ in 1920. Later, as his journalism and politics emerged he gained ‘freedom of the mind’; it can manifest itself in a redesigned church as 'Prabuddha Bharat' annually 1954. The status of popular media in his day was a source of concern to him nor did he hesitate to present his case the media. It could be the newsroom or the entertainment industry - there may be historically the oppressors of the media. Such a size is such there were bearings in industry-generated content. Moreover, this content it does not represent a social purpose and plays an important role reveals meanings, expressions and traditions. One thing is clear 'Dalit' remains the object of the oppressor's submissiveness failed to open staring inside to talk about caste. Anyway, for now time, we also witness the Ambedkarites actively confirming their words content, especially social media, which brings about technological change!

Conclusion

In nutshell , be it media or lack of social , the problem of abuses as I have discussed earlier be it in bible warning against having sex with menstruating women, linking it with the now a days marital rape or minorities which is least talked about one can find the traces of injustice against women in the B.C. INDIA the women has been always been seen as a sexual commodity. What has Ambedkar seen can be pointed out in Hathras Gangrape.
The problem of human and sexual trafficking has also not been covered and highlighted in the media as it should be. While the effects of this may be widely diverse and outside the scope of this paper, one of the foremost ones seems to be the fact that these crimes, whose victims are generally women and children, seem distant and removed from our lives because of their omission from the media. This in turn feeds more into pushing the crime upwards and encourages the perpetrators.
A historical precedent froe ancient times for viewing a woman as an object to be used to satisfy the male desire has influenced even the present day discourses of Western feminism, which seem to demand an ‘elevation’ of women to a standard defined by men. Instead of realising, cherishing and celebrating the physiological and intellectual differences between men and women so that women can define and attain standards of their own, a false sense of equalising everyonseemsem dominates these notions of feminism.
Consequently, it becomes essential that discourse be initiated to better report on cases of sexual and human trafficking in light of an enlightened framework that portrays women not as simple objects, but as humans whose lives get destroyed by the heinous crimes committed against them.
